STAGING & ORGANISATION :

BMEM is an event production company but one with a difference. That difference lies in our graphics, presentation, technical and logistics abilities.

We offer a solid technical base, which allows for the creative elements to flow successfully. Our projects vary from a simple touch screen running a multimedia program, to a national sales conference, major product launch or live concert for 20,000 fans.

BMEM has produced dinners and cocktail parties for 2,800 guests, including concept, theming, technical, AV and set-building.

We have organized large outdoor events from the visit of The Spice Girls to Beijing, to Lady Gaga concerts and FTV Fan Frenzy events. BMEM's specialty abilities include red-carpet events, road and public place closures and large screen presentations.

We have the ability to mold the latest innovations in video, lighting, audio, communications and computer applications to a specific project.

GRAPHICS & PRESENTATIONS :

BMEM offers the very best in computer graphics. From design and layout to high-tech 3D animation, pictures and transfers, we create and supply world class graphics.

These graphics can be applied to large screen launches in outdoor events, small roadshows, corporate sales presentations, video conferences, and exhibitions.

We will specifically tailor all speaker presentations to suit the speaker, the audience and the style of event.

We supply presentations and graphics for all purposes, including the following:

             • touch screens for trade shows, exhibitions, street directories and building foyers
             • graphics awards dinners and presentations
             • speaker support presentations for conferences, seminars and exhibitions

With our in-house graphics facilities, we create and produce posters, banners, newsletters, invitations, photographic montages, business stationery, brochures, magazines advertisements and signage.

We don't believe in simply organizing a conference but encourage our clients to work with us at the planning stage so we can assist in developing and enlarging on the "theme" - which should be consistent with the strategic direction of your company and the objectives for that year.
The theme is then integrated into every aspect of the conference from the opening video to the individual speakers and literature provided.

EXHIBITIONS:

BMEM designs, builds and manages exhibition stands and logistics for a number of clients in Europe and Asia.
This involves organizing labor, staffing rosters, freight, travel and venue management, and all of the other little items that need to be delivered. On-time and on-budget, for a show to be a success.
This service extends to the design, manufacture and set-up of travelling or portable stands for promotional and launch tours.
